Our Wood Cleaning Process

Inspection

Inspect floors for deep scratches and blemishes. Also, we will determine if the floor has an acrylic coating. This process does not repair: deep scratches, gouges, discoloration, or stains. This is not intended for bare wood floors.

Polish & Acrylic Coating Removal

If floor polish or acrylic coating is present, it is removed using wood floor polish remover and the Chem-Dry process.

Deep Cleaning

We clean the wood floor using specially formulated, green certified cleaner to remove dirt, debris and contaminants, leaving the floor clean and streak-free. A sanitizer can also be added as part of our Chem-Dry wood floor cleaning process for a healthier home.

Wood Floor Polish

Once the wood floor has been cleaned and sanitized, a wood floor polish can be applied to the floor to highlight the floor and add an additional protective layer.
