Technician Consultation
Your appointment starts with a consultation. Your technician will educate you on the required service and answer any questions you might have.
If he or she feels it is needed, the technician will recommend additional services in order to provide a complete clean. You will also receive a price estimate and timeframe to complete the service.
Deep Vacuuming
Your technician will deep vacuum your home after the consultation. To deep vacuum, the technician targets the surface, corners, beneath furniture and along the walls.
No carpet cleaning appointment is complete without vacuuming. Vacuuming is extremely important for removing dry soil deposits and contaminants.
Once the surface has been vacuumed, the technician will start the process of targeting embedded dirt within the carpet using our proprietary cleaning methods and solutions.
The Natural® Application
The technician lightly sprays our carbonated carpet cleaning solution to the surface. This solution is known as The Natural®. The Natural uses “the power of carbonation” to dampen and lift dirt to the surface. The Natural is a green carpet cleaning solution.
Bonnet Cleaning or Hot Carbonated Extraction
Champion Chem-Dry offers both bonnet carpet cleaning and Hot Carbonating Extraction.
Chem-Dry’s proprietary Hot Carbonating Extraction (HCE) cleaning process provides a deeper, longer lasting clean for a healthier home. HCE is among the best methods for carpet cleaning. The process of whisks away the dirt and grime after The Natural lifts it to the surface.
Technicians will go over an area multiple times if need be depending on the amount of dirt on the surface or the difficulty of the stain.
Carpet Rake
The final step of the standard Champion Chem-Dry service is to rake the carpet. Carpet rakes straighten out the carpet fibers and provide a more vibrant appearance.
After the HCE process is completed the technician will use a carpet rake to rake the surface. Raking creates a more vibrant appearance and straightens out the carpet fibers.
The entire carpet cleaning process typically lasts between 1-3 hours depending on the amount of carpet, the degree of difficulty and the number of technicians present.
The Chem-Dry Difference
How is Chem-Dry different than steam cleaning or DIY carpet cleaning and rental machines? Learn more.
If you choose DIY carpet cleaning or rental machines, you will have to do the carpet cleaning labor yourself. You also need to ensure you use the correct solutions and the correct amount. Incorrect cleaning processes and solutions can lead to permanent damage.
Instead, trust Champion Chem-Dry and our certified, trained technicians. Our technicians get the job done right and prevent permanent damage while providing a drier, cleaner and healthier service.
Steam cleaning and rental machines require soap and a lot of water. Soap and water are good for cleaning a lot of surfaces, but not carpet. Using soap and water is a temporary solution and carpet stains can reappear due to dirt-attracting sticky residues left behind.
Champion Chem-Dry uses one fifth the amount of water that steam cleaning uses. We don’t use soap and we don’t use harsh chemicals. We use the “power of carbonation” and green carpet cleaning solutions for better, healthier results.
Our HCE cleaning process is first class and has received The Carpet & Rug Institute Seal of Approval. Our signature cleaning solution, The Natural, can be found on the FDA GRAS list for products generally regarded as safe to both you and the environment.
When you hire Champion Chem-Dry you receive the resources of the number one carpet cleaning service in the nation combined with the customer service and attention to detail often associated with local, small businesses.
